We collect information to help your family apply to PBS and to care for your child. We store it securely, share it only with people who need it (such as PBS staff and, if you choose, your representative), and never sell it.

A parent or legal guardian gives consent for any child under 18. Consent to receive news is separate from consent to be contacted about your application.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
